1. System Overview
The DAGGER EOD Robot is an indigenously developed tracked unmanned ground vehicle designed for the remote detection, inspection, handling, and disposal of explosive ordnance and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
It enables EOD teams to conduct high-risk operations from a safe stand-off distance, significantly reducing risk to personnel in hostile and urban environments.

- Tracked UGV configuration with heavy-duty reinforced tracks
- Electric / hybrid high-torque drive system
- Zero-radius skid steering for tight maneuvering
- Capable of operating on rubble, stairs, slopes, curbs, and uneven terrain
- Stable performance in urban, off-road, and debris-filled environments
3. Robotic Arm & Manipulation System
- Multi-axis articulated robotic arm (5–7 DOF)
- Long-reach configuration for safe explosive handling
- High-strength precision gripper for wires, detonators, containers, and irregular objects
- Compatible with EOD tools including:
o Wire cutters
o Disruptors
o Probe tools
o Custom mission-specific tools

- Rear-mounted blast containment chamber
- Designed for secure transport of grenades, small IEDs, and explosive objects
- Reinforced structure with secure locking mechanism
- Enables safe relocation of live explosives to designated disposal zones
